The famous Dunalastair Christmas and New Year Breaks are done in the style of a Country House Party allowing you to relax in warm friendship with set meal times that add to the fun of making new friends and creating an inclusive convivial atmosphere. Every year the Christmas and New Year House Parties at Dunalastair get booked up earlier and earlier … indeed bookings are already being made. 'Add a Night' Rate

Why not arrive early, stay a day later, or even both. For those who would love to come to Dunalastair for either Christmas or Hogmanay and stay an extra day or two why not take advantage of our ‘Add-a-Night’ rate? You will be charged only for dinner and breakfast and receive your accommodation with our compliments all for £40.00 per person per night. Beat the rush or extend your break ~ the choice is yours.

Christmas Break Programme

December 24

• Arrive after 3pm to enjoy afternoon tea and scones 
• Evening carolling in ‘the Square’ outside Dunalastair
• Enjoy a pre-dinner drink or cocktail at the Welcome reception before candlelit dinner in the Dining room
• Visit Midnight Mass service in the 'Old Church of Rannoch', with Mulled wine & homemade mince pies served on your return.

December 25

• Christmas morning starts with breakfast served in the Dining room, then perhaps a stroll to the Loch side, or activity session (pre-booking essential) before returning to the hotel
• Indulgent, traditional Four-course Christmas Day Lunch
• A relaxing afternoon exploring the surrounding area, or with board games in the lounge room
• Then a leisurely evening with a superb evening buffet and for those that want to join in, our Christmas Quiz to round off the day

December 26

• Boxing Day begins with late breakfast
• The rest of the day is yours to relax, or enjoy an activity
• Return to the hotel for a late afternoon of Whisky Tasting 
• Enjoy a delicious Three-course dinner in the Dining room, followed by contemporary Scottish entertainment 'Crooked Jack'

December 27

• Full Scottish breakfast served in the Dining room to prepare you for your journey home, or stay an extra night at a special dinner & breakfast rate.
